Hello and welcome to our Mental Health Awareness website where everyone who has anxiety, stress, or any mental health problems can come here and feel stress-relieved and get cured. Many people in the world suffer from mental illness and our group thought that this website would be a great cure for people! There are different types of ways to relieve stress, for example, crossword puzzles, breathing exercises, and journaling (to write things about your stress.) Our MHA group hopes our games on this website cure you of whatever stress you are feeling and you come back if you need time to calm yourself down. Crossword puzzles
This is a crossword puzzle! Focus your mind on only trying to find the words in this puzzle. When you focus your mind on just one thing and the present, your body starts to relax and you become calm. Try timing yourself and seeing how long it takes you to finish. Once you start getting used to crossword puzzles, keep timing yourself to see how your growth progress is. Remember not to rush, because you will just be trying to focus on rushing instead of actually enjoying peace and quiet and focusing.

journaling
Journaling is a very calm and simple way to relieve stress. Write on a piece of paper or a notebook on how you feel. This stress reliever is amazing! Say if you want to start writing now but you're not at the right place or you don't have a paper to write on? No problem! Just write how you feel about it in the box below and read it after. Think about how you can fix those problems and what things you can do to prevent those problems from happening again.

Breathing exercises
Breathing exercises:
Breathing exercises are actually very helpful. Try the 5678 method! Breath in for 6 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds, and breathe out for 8 seconds straight.Then take a break for 5 seconds. Not only does this exercise calm you down, but your lungs get stronger! Another method is to just stay in a quiet room and start focusing on your breathing. Listen to the huffs and puffs. This relaxation session for you will be a life changer! Do this every time you feel like you need to.

Yoga: Yoga is a fantastic way to get rid of your stress and anxiety. It has so many benefits! You may not understand or like yoga at first but once you start to get to know it and try it, the more you may start to like it. When you're focusing on balancing your body and your breathing, your relaxation becomes deeper and stronger.
